I want to thank every teacher, paraprofessional, secretary, nurse, custodian and the entire central office team for your hard work and dedication to our students and families. We are not a “Failing District.” Our students are growing academically, and we are closing the achievement gap for our lowest performing students and our students identified with disabilities. Remember, “If Better is Possible, Good is not Enough”.
This year is about implementation: Every Student, Every Day.
We will continue to improve administrator shared leadership, teacher engagement capacity, and data acquisition and use through focused, sustained and embedded professional learning and coaching in evidence-based practices and interventions with a strong emphasis on using Multi-tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) for Academics, Behavior, and Attendance.
