Mr. Donte Foster, a native of Cincinnati, has lived in North College Hill for over 15 years.
He is a proud graduate of the Cincinnati Public School System and has been a member of The Prince Hall Masonic Fraternity for over 13 years.
The Foster family moved to NCH to raise their children and settled in for a long comfortable life in a great community. They currently have one child in attendance at NCH and one graduate of the NCH Family.
