Mr. Eugene Blalock Jr. and his wife Lynne have lived in North College Hill for 17 years. They have two daughters who attend North College Hill High School; Janae' (11th grader) & Jasmine (10th grader).
Mr. Blalock is a native of Cleveland, OH and is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, College of Education. While at the University, he earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Education degree. He holds a principal and a superintendent certificate from Xavier University. He has over 19 years of experience in education as a teacher and an administrator. Currently Mr. Blalock is the Principal and Instructional Leader of South Elementary in the Mt. Healthy City Schools.
