2025/2026 School Year New Student Registration

Registration for the 2025-2026 is done online. All registration appointments will be held by phone. Upon completing the online pre-registration, you will be contacted by phone during your scheduled appointment time. All appointments will be scheduled within the Registration Gateway. No walk-in appointments will be accepted.

The following items are required to complete a student's registration. These items can be uploaded from your cell phone, computer, or laptop.

Documentation Required:

  • Proof of residency documentation as described: One of the following Deed or Hamilton Auditor's Report (Homeowner's only) or Lease (Renters) In addition to one of the following bills dated within 30 days: Gas or Electric bill, Cable Bill, Internet Bill, Satellite TV Bill, or City Water/Sewage Bill.

If you are living with someone, you will need to provide proof of residency for both yourself and the person you are residing with. Please include the following items:

For the person you are living with: Proof of residency documents (as listed above).

For yourself: Official mail date with 30 days pointing back to the address such as: tax documents, county paperwork, pay stub, doctor's statement, or etc. Additionally, you are required to complete a notarized residency affidavit, which can be picked up from the Central Office or click here.

  • Current driver’s license or state ID showing the parent/guardian's name
  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization records
  • Previous Report Card (Kg - Gr. 8) or Transcript (Gr. 9 – 12)
  • Court or foster documentation showing guardianship papers (If applicable)
  • Copy of the most recent IEP, ETR, or 504 Plan (If applicable)
